India’s digital revolution has improved access to services like online banking, digital payments, e-governance, and education. It saves time, increases transparency, and reduces paperwork. Digital platforms promote financial inclusion, support online learning, and create new job opportunities in the technology sector. Overall, digitization has made daily life more convenient, efficient, and connected for people across the country.           Demerits
India’s digital revolution also has some drawbacks. The digital divide limits access for people in rural and economically weaker areas who lack internet or digital skills. Cybercrime, data privacy issues, and online fraud are increasing concerns. Overdependence on technology can reduce personal interaction and cause technical failures to disrupt essential services. Additionally, lack of digital literacy makes some users vulnerable to misuse and errors.
